The Oaks and Woodcroft is located in Mattishall, Norfolk. It offers residential support for 12 males and females with a primary learning disability diagnosis. We are off a main road, in a village. Our team are dedicated to providing support to our residents in a homely environment in the community, ensuring they are safe while promoting independence and ensuring a good quality of life.
What you’ll be doing:
- You’ll be part of a dedicated and compassionate team, all working together to ensure the smooth running of the hospital and to support the wellbeing of our patients.
- Assisting with day-to-day operations, supporting with care requirements, keeping things organised, or ensuring our spaces are well looked after.
- Providing direct support to our service users to help them live their best lives.
- Supporting individuals achieve their personal goals, assisting them in daily living, and empowering them to realise their potential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide personal care and support with daily living tasks.
