Priory Solihull are looking for a Maintenance Manager to join the team on a full-time basis working 37.5 hours per week. Located in Meriden, Warwickshire, Priory Hospital Solihull is a 31-bedded hospital supporting the NHS by offering level 2 rehabilitation services for males. Solihull offers excellent transport links, including local bus and train station, with links into Coventry and Birmingham.

You’ll be part of a dedicated and compassionate team, all working together to ensure the smooth running of the hospital and to support the wellbeing of our patients. While your role doesn’t involve providing direct care, your contribution is vital in helping to maintain a safe, comfortable, and welcoming environment for everyone. Whether you’re assisting with day-to-day operations, keeping things organised, or ensuring our spaces are well looked after, your support plays an important part in creating a positive experience for those who live and work here.
What you’ll bring to the role
Our work is rewarding but can be challenging, so resilience is key. No two days are the same! Your natural empathy will help you support others through both the highs and lows. You will need to have a relevant NVQ3 or equivalent qualification within one of the key electrical, mechanical or building trades with Joint Industries Board (JIB) approved status. Experience gained within a facilities, operational, trade or maintenance role. This position is a leadership role at Priory and during the interview process we will be assessing candidates against our leadership behaviours.
