Rose Court is a residential service located in Luton, which supports 11 adults, including autistic people and individuals with a learning disability. We are on a quiet street, near the town centre.
We are looking for compassionate and dedicated Bank Support Workers to join our team and provide high-quality, person-centred support to individuals who use our services. This flexible role allows you to work on a bank basis while making a meaningful difference in people’s lives.
What you'll be doing:
As a Bank Support Worker, you will provide direct support that promotes dignity, independence, and choice. You will work closely with individuals to help them live fulfilling lives, supporting them with daily activities and encouraging them to achieve their personal goals. Support Workers play a vital role in helping people maintain their independence while ensuring their wellbeing and safety.
