Priory Wellbeing Centre Harley Street. Salary is £26,300 per annum. Full‑time 37.5 hours per week. Shift pattern: Monday to Friday between 07:45 and 12:00, and 12:00 to 20:00, with Saturday rota cover from 10:00 to 17:00. Priory Wellbeing Centre Harley Street is located in the heart of London’s Harley Street medical district and benefits from excellent public transport links, with several Underground stations within walking distance. Due to its central London location, on‑site parking is not available and public transport is recommended.
What you’ll be doing:
- Provide a welcoming and professional reception service for patients, clinicians, and visitors attending appointments.
- Manage enquiries and referrals, ensuring they are processed efficiently and liaise with health‑care professionals regarding psychiatry and therapy appointments.
- Provide administrative support using various systems, including CRM platforms, clinical documentation systems, and billing processes.
- Deliver excellent customer service, ensuring patients and visitors receive a positive and supportive experience.
- Maintain a high standard of presentation, organisation, and IT proficiency across all administrative tasks.
