Priory Hospital North London is looking to recruit a HR & Resourcing Lead to join the team. This is a full time 37.5 hours role. Located in London, in a peaceful and secluded part of Southgate, Priory Hospital North London is set within a striking Grade I listed building, overlooking beautiful parklands. It’s one of the UK’s leading centres for the treatment of a range of mental health difficulties.
What you’ll be doing:
- You’ll be part of a dedicated and compassionate team, all working together to ensure the smooth running of the hospital and to support the wellbeing of our patients.
- Work closely with Senior Management team and Heads of Departments to help define and develop avenues and methods of attracting new candidates of the highest quality to the site.
- Work closely with the Central Talent Acquisition team to agree recruitment methods.
- Ensure that recruitment process is adhered to and candidates are screened by the appropriate managers in a timely manner.
- Onboarding: Working in conjunction with Central Onboarding team to ensure candidates are processed and onboarded in a timely and effective manner.
What you’ll bring to the role:
- Resilience is key as our work is rewarding but can be challenging.
- Strong communication and relationship‑building skills, with excellent attention to detail.
- Working towards a CIPD qualification would be ideal but is not essential.
- Previous experience coordinating HR activities within a corporate environment, ideally within the healthcare sector, although this is not essential.
- This position is a leadership role at Priory and during the interview process we will be assessing candidates against our leadership behaviours.
