Priory Hospital Roehampton is looking to recruit a Consultant Psychiatrist to join the team in our Adolescent Inpatient Eating Disorder ward. This is a part time 15 hours per week (2 days) role.

Our multidisciplinary team is dedicated to providing personalised treatment programmes within a tranquil environment set in beautifully landscaped gardens.
What you'll be doing
- Be part of a compassionate team committed to our patients' wellbeing.
- Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop treatment plans alongside the multidisciplinary team.
- Lead ward rounds, MDT meetings, and oversee complex clinical cases, including risk management.
- Support patients and families with treatment planning, relapse prevention, and recovery.
- Provide supervision to junior staff and contribute to service quality, CQC compliance, and improvement initiatives.
- Collaborate with site leadership to enhance service delivery and patient experience.
What you'll bring to the role
- Resilience and natural empathy to support others through both the highs and lows.
- Fully registered medical practitioner with the General Medical Council (GMC), holding a licence to practise, and on the Specialist Register for Child and Adolescent Psychiatry.
- Section 12(2) approval and Approved Clinician status are essential.
- Experience managing complex cases of eating disorders in an inpatient adolescent setting.
- Strong clinical leadership, risk management expertise, and a collaborative approach to working within a multidisciplinary team.
