Priory Hospital Roehampton is looking to recruit an Admissions Officer to join the team. Priory Hospital Roehampton in London is one of the country's leading rehab facilities for mental health conditions and addictions.

What you'll be doing

  • Be part of a dedicated and compassionate team, all working together to ensure the smooth running of the service.
  • Assist with day-to-day operations, support with care requirements, keep things organised, and ensure our spaces are well looked after.
  • Ensure the integrity, probity and reasonableness of local financial controls in respect of the admissions processes, minimising financial risk via the correct implementation of local procedures.
  • Greet new patients and pupils, as well as their families on or shortly after admission, ensuring that any necessary documentation is completed at this time.
  • Collect any self-funding element of the care as appropriate.
  • Update patient/pupil details within Priory database systems, ensuring accuracy of all data input.
  • Handle all external and internal admissions enquiries, directing queries as appropriate.
  • Use a variety of internal systems to ensure that all current patients/pupils are funded, and refer any out of funds cases to the relevant member of Senior Management.

  • Educated to GCSE level (Grades A–C) or an equivalent standard with a good working knowledge of Excel.
