About the Role:

We are currently seeking a motivated and dedicated individual with direct lived experience to join our Central Division in the role of Lived Experience Partner Lead Adult Care. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a key team in a fixed term role, initially for 2 years.

Our Lived Experience Partners are collaborators and change-makers, working equally alongside Priory colleagues in all aspects of governance, service quality and development.

The Lived Experience Partner Lead will co-lead the Lived Experience Partnership strategy work across Adult Care services, playing a vital role in supporting the implementation of meaningful partnership working between colleagues and Lived Experience Partners.

Job Advert Role Description

What we would like from the applicant:

  • The role holder will have direct lived experience of adult care services, either with Priory or other providers.
  • Previous experience working in a Lived Experience role within or across organisations at a senior level i.e. Regional / divisional level, with oversight of multiple projects
  • Experience of working strategically to influence positive change and development of service provision or care
  • Have experience of co-chairing / chairing meetings / committees e.g. Lived Experience Partnership Panel
  • Experience of positively influencing others and, where appropriate, persuading them to change their views, intentions or actions
  • Proven experience of working autonomously and using own initiative
