Priory Hospital Dewsbury in West Yorkshire is seeking a part-time Physical Healthcare Nurse (21 hours per week). You will lead on physical healthcare, assess and plan patient care, and work with GP services to coordinate ongoing needs.
We require an RGN with active NMC registration, at least 2 years post-registration, and strong clinical documentation and communication skills. IPC auditing and primary care liaison are part of the role to support safe patient care.
