Priory Hospital Woking is looking to recruit a CBT/ Integrative Therapist to join the team. This is a full-time/37.5-hour role. We want to make sure more people can access the support they need, especially at a time when many are feeling the pressure financially. That’s why we’re offering reduced rates for inpatient mental health treatment at Priory Hospital Woking, in the South West of London. The care, expertise and environment remain the same, with pricing adjusted to make treatment more accessible. What you’ll be doing
- You will be part of a compassionate team who are committed to our patients' wellbeing.
- Deliver high-quality integrative psychotherapy with a strong CBT focus, providing evidence-based assessment, formulation, and treatment for a diverse adult caseload.
- Conduct individual and group therapy sessions, tailoring interventions to client needs while maintaining accurate clinical records and outcome measures.
- Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists, psychologists, and nursing staff, to support holistic treatment planning and continuity of care.
- Manage risk effectively, including safeguarding and crisis intervention, while adhering to Priory policies, professional standards, and ethical guidelines.
- Contribute to service development through clinical governance, supervision, and ongoing professional development to ensure best practice in mental health care.
