Description
Priory Hospital Glasgow is looking to recruit a HR & Resourcing Co-ordinator to join the team. This is a part time role of 30 hours per week. Priory Hospital Glasgow is one of the UK’s leading inpatient treatment centres, providing specialist support for mental health conditions and addictions. We provide evidence-based treatment for a range of mental health problems, including treatment for depression, as well as alcohol rehab and drug rehab. We can also offer private autism assessments for adults. Our patient-centred treatment programmes are based on the very latest thinking in mental health, and are delivered by expert psychologists, psychiatrists, and other highly qualified mental health professionals. Our multidisciplinary team is committed to delivering the finest mental health care available. We strive to improve the lives of every individual who seeks support with us.
What you\\\’ll be doing
You’ll be part of a dedicated and compassionate team, all working together to ensure the smooth running of the hospital and to support the wellbeing of our patients. While your role doesn’t involve providing direct care, your contribution is vital in helping to maintain a safe, comfortable, and welcoming environment for everyone. Whether you\\\’re assisting with day-to-day operations, keeping things organised, or ensuring our spaces are well looked after, your support plays an important part in creating a positive experience for those who live and work here.
- Work closely with Senior Management team and Heads of Departments to help define and develop avenues and methods of attracting new candidates of the highest quality to the site.
- Work closely with the Central Talent Acquisition team to agree recruitment methods
- Working in conjunction with Central Onboarding team to ensure offered candidates are processed and onboarded in a timely and effective manner. Liaise with candidates throughout Onboarding process ensuring all relevant documentation required is obtained in a timely manner

What you\\\’ll bring to the role
Our work is rewarding but can be challenging, so resilience is key. No two days are the same! Your natural empathy will help you support others through both the highs and lows. The post-holder will possess strong communication and relationship-building skills, along with excellent attention to detail. While working towards a CIPD qualification would be ideal, it is not essential. Previous experience as an HR Administrator or Assistant in a commercial environment, either in a generalist or specialist capacity, is required. Experience within the healthcare sector is preferable but not mandatory.
