Description
Riverview is a residential service that provides personalised, high quality, safe support for 8 adults with complex needs including Autism, behaviours that challenge, acquired brain injury and learning disabilities.
What you\’ll be doing
- Delivers and maintains a clean and tidy environment throughout the home, in line with operational standards and ensures that work processes comply with statutory regulations.
- Ensures that Priory minimum standards are delivered in all home areas in a timely and efficient manner, as part of a team.
- Identifies and reports damage, faults and other related issues to the maintenance department or home manager to ensure that environmental conditions continue to meet quality standards and statutory regulations.
What you\’ll bring to the role
The role holder will have a good standard of English, along with basic numeracy and literacy skills. No previous experience is required as full basic training will be provided. The role may involve responding to routine enquiries and providing basic information, while more complex issues will be referred to the line manager for further support.
