Riddrie House is looking to recruit a Finance Administrator to join the team. This is a part time role of 30 hours per week. Riddrie House is located on the outskirts of the east end of Glasgow. Our home offers residential and nursing support for 32 males and females with mental health needs, including people with conditions such as schizophrenia or bipolar disorder.
What you’ll be doing
- You’ll be part of a dedicated and compassionate team, all working together to ensure the smooth running of the service and to support the wellbeing of our residents.
- While your role doesn’t involve providing direct care, your contribution is vital in helping to maintain a safe, comfortable, and welcoming environment for everyone.
- Processing weekly and monthly payroll.
- Maintaining payroll processing system and records by gathering, calculating, and inputting data.
- Coordinating with the HR team to ensure employee related data is correctly loaded into the Priory Payroll System, and that all necessary amendments have been completed by the payroll cut-off dates.
- Liaising with the Home Manager to ensure permanent employees are rostered a minimum of 8-12 weeks in advance including appropriate planning for holiday and training.
