Priory Hospital Bristol is seeking a Deputy Ward Manager for its Acute ward. You will lead and support the nursing team to deliver safe, person-centred care and to maintain high standards within a therapeutic environment.
You will oversee shifts, promote learning, mentor colleagues, and deputise for the Ward Manager when needed. This role requires active NMC registration, a minimum of 18–24 months post-registration experience, and demonstrated clinical leadership in an acute setting.
