Salary: £15.25phr
Full Time- 37.5 hours, the role is split with 25 hours supernumerary and 12.5 hours covering on the floor.
The Vines is located in the beautiful town of Crowborough, East Sussex. It offers residential support for 12 males and females with an acquired brain injury (ABI), traumatic brain injury (TBI) and progressive neurological conditions (PNCs). This includes Parkinson’s disease, stroke and Korsakoff's syndrome. We are on a private road, in a semi-rural location.
Our team are dedicated to promoting independence and helping every person we care for to return back into the community, where possible. We want to support our residents to achieve their life goals.
What you'll be doing

We are seeking a dedicated Deputy Home Manager to support the Home Manager in leading our team and ensuring the highest standards of care, compliance, and service. - Supporting the assessment and implementation of tailored care plans

- Helping create a positive, supportive environment where residents can thrive

- You’ve worked as a Senior Support Worker, Team Leader, or Deputy Manager and are ready for the next step.

- You’re organised, proactive, and confident in managing the practical side of care (risk assessments, audits, compliance).
