Priory Wellbeing Centre in Southampton is seeking a dedicated CBT Therapist to join our team on a full-time basis. This role offers a blend of face-to-face and remote working, providing flexibility while delivering high-quality care.
At Priory Wellbeing Centre, Southampton, we provide fast access to flexible and convenient outpatient treatment. Our services support individuals experiencing a range of mental health conditions, including depression, anxiety, stress, addictions, eating disorders, and post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD).
What you'll be doing
- Deliver high-quality CBT interventions in both face-to-face and remote settings
- Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualised care plans
- Monitor patient progress and adapt treatment approaches as needed
- Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to support patient outcomes
- Maintain accurate clinical records in line with professional and organisational standards
What you'll bring to the role

You will be a qualified CBT Therapist, ideally accredited or working towards accreditation with a recognised professional body such as BABCP. Experience delivering CBT across a range of mental health conditions in a clinical setting is important, along with strong assessment, communication, and organisational skills. A commitment to delivering patient-centred care and maintaining high clinical standards is essential.
