Priory Hospital Roehampton has an opportunity for a CAMHS Therapist to join our team. This is a part-time position, 30 hours per week, with a salary range of £31,312 – £36,256 per annum (accredited) or £22,248 – £28,840 per annum (non-accredited), based on experience.
We’re looking for a compassionate and experienced CAMHS Therapist to provide high-quality, person-centred therapeutic support. Working as part of the multidisciplinary team, you’ll assess individual needs, deliver tailored one-to-one and group interventions, and support clients to improve their mental, emotional, physical and social wellbeing.
As part of the role you will:
- Complete initial assessments and develop tailored therapy plans based on each client’s individual needs.
- Deliver one-to-one and group therapy, using appropriate interventions to support wellbeing, recovery and positive change.
- Manage an allocated caseload, monitoring progress and maintaining accurate clinical records.
- Work closely with the multidisciplinary team, families and carers to provide coordinated, person-centred care.
Essential for the role:
- Applicants should be a qualified CBT Therapist with BABCP-approved postgraduate training (Level 1 or Level 2) and BABCP accreditation.
- Post-qualification experience delivering CBT within mental health settings, including inpatient and/or outpatient services.
- Accreditation with a relevant professional body is required.
