Priory Glebe House is looking to recruit a Team Leader to join the team. This is a bank role. Glebe House is a residential service located in the Georgian market town of Caistor, near Marken Rasen, Lincolnshire. The home supports 24 males and females with mental health needs. We aim to support our residents to build their daily living skills, enabling them to achieve greater independence. Our team are dedicated to supporting the people who live here to live a healthier and happier life. Glebe House can support individuals to step down from hospital settings.
We can also support people who have other conditions or needs alongside their primary mental health diagnosis. This includes people with:
- A learning disability or individuals on the autism spectrum
- Mild to moderate behaviours that challenge
- Communication difficulties
- Epilepsy
- Diabetes
- Attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD)
In this role, you will act as a positive role model, providing effective supervision and guidance to support staff, ensuring high-quality, person-centred care is delivered at all times. You will play a key role in supervising day-to-day operations, coaching colleagues, leading team meetings, and ensuring the people who use our service are supported to live fulfilling, independent lives.
- Supervise and support the delivery of person-centred support and care
- Provide leadership during shifts, including handovers, role allocation, and effective communication.
- Ensure residents have person-centred plans in place and are supported to participate in meaningful activities.
- Deliver team supervisions and contribute to professional development.
- Administer medication safely and in line with procedures.
- Manage service users’ finances and contribute to budget management in accordance with policy.
- Complete and oversee accurate record-keeping, reporting, and compliance with legislation.
- Monitor and support team performance, addressing immediate operational issues as needed.
- Maintain up-to-date training and knowledge to ensure safe and effective practice.

Previous experience as a Support Worker or Senior Support Worker/ Team Leader is essential.
