We have an exciting opportunity to join our brand-new mixed acute ward at Priory Bristol. This is your chance to be part of a dynamic and passionate multidisciplinary team, helping to shape a new service from the ground up while delivering outstanding, recovery-focused care to adults experiencing acute mental health needs. n Priory Hospital Bristol, Stapleton, Bristol is a specialist mental health and addiction treatment service for individuals, families and couples. It is accessible by public transport, with local bus routes serving Stapleton and Bristol Parkway railway station approximately 2–3 miles from the hospital.\n \n You will be part of a compassionate team that is committed to supporting people's wellbeing. We take a personalised approach, using proven therapies to help people move forward with confidence and build a healthier, more fulfilling future.\n Deliver prescribed, person-centred nursing care to a defined patient group, working collaboratively with patients, carers, families and the multidisciplinary team to assess, plan, implement and evaluate care. Act as a named nurse, monitor and review care plans, respond appropriately to changes in patients’ needs and conditions, and address concerns or complaints proactively. Prioritise and delegate nursing duties effectively, undertake nurse-in-charge responsibilities when required, and promote a safe, supportive environment. Maintain professional relationships with patients, relatives, colleagues and visitors while contributing to clinical meetings, supervision and reflective practice.
