Priory Hospital Bristol is looking to recruit a Receptionist to join the team. To cover some weekends and annual leave between both sites, Bristol Hospital and Bristol Park Clinic. We offer fast access to treatment for a number of mental health concerns and addictions. Bristol is an ideal place for treating people with complex disorders, including people who may not have responded to previous treatment. We can guarantee that our comprehensive treatment programmes are guided by current evidence-based research.
What you'll be doing
- You’ll be part of a dedicated and compassionate team, all working together to ensure the smooth running of the hospital and to support the wellbeing of our patients.
- Your role doesn’t involve providing direct care, but your contribution is vital in helping to maintain a safe, comfortable, and welcoming environment for everyone.
- Greets and assists all arrivals promptly at the Priory unit, ensuring they are treated in a courteous, pleasant and efficient manner, and directed accordingly.
- Ensures that all telephone calls into main reception/switchboard are dealt with promptly and efficiently within Priory operational standards.
- Carries out administrative tasks as required.
- Ensures the appropriate security passes are issued, directing the visitor to the appropriate areas or individuals within the unit.
- Ensures the maintenance of the reception and waiting area environments to high standards, reporting any housekeeping or maintenance issues to the appropriate teams.
