What you'll be doing
You will be part of a compassionate team committed to patient wellbeing, using proven therapies to support recovery. You will assist qualified staff with assessment and implementation of individual patient care plans. Your responsibilities include:
- Performing routine nursing tasks and activities, ensuring patient dignity and treatment standards.
- Working as a Senior Nurse or equivalent in the ward, maintaining a safe and therapeutic environment.
- Applying relevant policies, statutory requirements, and governance frameworks.
- Assessing and managing risk across the working environment.
