Blair House is located in Billinghay. Our home offers residential and nursing support for 27 males and females with a primary learning disability diagnosis. We are in a semi-rural location, surrounded by beautiful countryside. Our team are dedicated to improving the health and wellbeing of the people we support, helping them to achieve positive outcomes. We want to help each person we care for to have a healthy, happy and independent life, within a safe and welcoming home.
We are looking for a compassionate and dedicated Support Worker to join our team. In this rewarding role, you will provide the highest standard of person‑centred support and care, enabling the people who use our service to live with dignity, independence, and choice. Support workers are key workers, and provide direct support to our service users in supporting them to live their best lives. Our work is rewarding but can be challenging, so resilience is key. No two days are the same! Your natural empathy will help you support others through both the highs and lows. You will play a vital part in helping individuals achieve their personal goals, supporting them in daily living, and empowering them to realise their potential.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide personal care and support with daily living tasks.
