Beechley Drive is an enhanced community home, providing a community-focused rehabilitation and recovery service for adults with learning disabilities and mental health challenges. Located in Fairwater, just outside of Cardiff, the home is ideally located for safe, structured, and gradual reintegration into the local community.
As a support worker, you will support our residents with their daily lives, encouraging independence. You may also participate in activities outside the home, such as day trips, charity events, and more!
Our ideal support worker will:
- Be reliable, friendly, and caring to help residents achieve their goals, including personal care
- Support in-house activities and hobbies
- Be attentive and motivate residents to achieve more
- Be resilient and assist in managing challenging behaviors
Drivers are welcome to take residents out, but non-drivers are also employed here.
