The Charge Nurse provides senior nursing leadership within the ward, mentors junior staff and works closely with the Ward Manager to maintain the highest standards of care while promoting patient wellbeing and safe practice.
This full‑time role covers 37.5 hours per week and operates on a rotating rota across days and nights, with every second weekend off.
