Located in Royston, Hertfordshire, within a purpose-built facility and spacious grounds, Priory Hospital Kneesworth House is a level 2 rehabilitation service, which provides a range of specialist recovery pathways, all at one site.
What you\’ll be doing
- Support qualified psychologists in the delivery of psychological services, including assessment, formulation, and intervention.
- Administer, score, and interpret psychological tests under supervision.
- Assist in the collection, analysis, and presentation of clinical data for audits, research, or service evaluation.
- Work directly with clients or patients under guidance, providing therapeutic support and monitoring progress.
- Maintain accurate and confidential records and contribute to multidisciplinary team discussions.
What you\’ll bring to the role
Candidates for the Assistant Psychologist role are usually expected to have a degree in Psychology accredited by the British Psychological Society (BPS). Experience working or volunteering in healthcare, mental health, social care, or research settings is highly beneficial.
