We’re looking for someone who takes pride in their work, leads by example, and can respond positively to change and challenges. You will be passionate about supporting others and helping your team succeed, ensuring cleaning services are delivered to operational standards. If you have experience in cleaning services and are ready to take the next step into a supervisory role, we’ll support you with ongoing development and the opportunity to grow your career with us.

  • Monitoring cleaning standards and ensuring compliance with health & safety and statutory regulations
  • Managing stock, equipment, and supplies, including ordering and stock control
  • Reporting maintenance issues, damage, or hazards
  • Supporting training and ensuring team compliance with required standards

What you'll bring to the role

Our work is rewarding but can be challenging, so resilience is key. No two days are the same! Your natural empathy will help you support others through both the highs and lows.

  • Good standard of English, with basic numeracy and literacy skills
  • Previous experience in a cleaning role, ideally within a healthcare or similar environment
  • Experience within a hospital/hotel environment together with some supervisory experience
  • Good understanding of health & safety, COSHH, and cleaning standards
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to motivate and support a team positively
  • Reliable, organised, and able to manage workloads effectively
  • Good attention to detail

Physical stamina to carry out an active role throughout the day
