Overview
Reception and Administrative role, in a busy building, working for a General Practice on the first floor of the building at Priory Gate.
The job entails working with computers (Emis system). Priory Gate is an online Practice which uses a system called Anima.
Responsibilities
- You will be answering telephones.
- Working alongside the Anima system.
- Managing Front Desk, liaising with patients and clinical staff.
- Retrieving records and scanning documents.
Hours
Hours of business are 8am-18:30pm Monday to Friday. We are looking mainly for afternoon staff. Hours will be discussed at the interview.
