About the role

  • Working within the general direction of the Attendance Officer/Student Services Manager, undertake a specific range of administrative duties which support the school in an effective and positive manner.
  • Provide comprehensive student services support throughout the day, alongside a variety of administrative tasks for attendance.
  • Be flexible to meet the needs of students, able to multi-task and adapt to ad-hoc changes and situations as they arise.

About you

  • Experience of working in a school or a similar environment.
  • Ability to adhere to working procedures and policies within the school environment.
  • Good oral and written communication skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality.
  • Patient, flexible and adaptable, meticulous and conscientious.
  • Ability to manage own time effectively.
