Red House is looking to recruit a Senior Support Worker to join the team in Ruspidge. This is a full time role. Shifts: Day and Night Shifts including weekends (42 hours per week) 7:30 AM – 9:30 PM / 9:30 PM – 7:30 AM. Rate: £13.95 per hour.

Red House is located in a semi‑rural area in the picturesque village of Ruspidge, in the heart of the Forest of Dean. Our home provides 24‑hour residential support for six people who are on the autism spectrum or have a learning disability. We aim to enable people to make their own choices about the support they receive. We do everything we can to improve the health and wellbeing of everyone we support, and as a team, we are focused on building positive outcomes for everyone.

What you’ll be doing:

You will be part of a compassionate team who are committed to our residents' wellbeing. We take a personalised approach, using proven therapies to help people move forward with confidence and build a healthier, more fulfilling future. As a Senior Support Worker, you will play a key part in their recovery, assisting qualified staff with the assessment and implementation of individual patient care plans, undertaking routine tasks and activities as directed or delegated to facilitate wellbeing, dignity and treatment of residents.
