We are looking to recruit a Support Worker to join our team in Lydd. This is a full time role. 40 HR. £13.45 per hour. Must be drivers: 3 years +, Full UK driving license.

What you'll be doing:

  • Assist qualified staff with assessment and implementation of individual patient care plans.
  • Undertake routine tasks and activities as directed to facilitate wellbeing, dignity and treatment of residents and tenants.
  • Provide support with day-to-day activities, encouraging and promoting independent living.
  • Help people reach their potential through practical and emotional support.

Responsibilities:

  • Encourage people to live as independently as possible.
  • Support tenants in a person-centered way, including personal care, participation in activities and daily living skills.
  • Complete daily administration of electronic and paper records.
  • Support individuals in maintaining health and wellbeing, liaising with specialists.
  • Support and encourage participation and integration in the local community.
  • Embed the REACH standards in everyday practice.
  • Follow company policies and procedures.
