The Cedars is looking for a Support Worker to join the team on a full‑time basis. Located in Kingsholm, near the centre of Gloucester, the facility provides residential support for up to nine males and females with a learning disability. The home is within walking distance of the town centre.

What you’ll be doing

You’ll be part of a dedicated and compassionate team, all working together to ensure the smooth running of the service and to support the wellbeing of our residents. While the role does not involve providing direct care, your contribution is vital in helping to maintain a safe, comfortable and welcoming environment for everyone. You will assist with day‑to‑day operations, keep things organised and ensure that our spaces are well looked after, creating a positive experience for those who live and work here.
