Full time position. Shift patterns include 07:00-22:00, 08:00-20:30, 07:00-18:00, 07:00-15:00, 15:00-20:00, and 07:00-21:00. Hourly rate: £13.45. Must be a driver (Full UK licence, 2+ years). We seek compassionate individuals who are committed to the wellbeing of residents. You will assist staff with assessment and implementation of care plans, carry out routine tasks, support day‑to‑day activities, and promote independent living.

Key Responsibilities

  • Encourage independence and support skill development at the person’s pace.
  • Assist with personal care, activities, and daily living skills; maintain tenancy.
  • Complete daily electronic and paper records with the resident’s involvement.
  • Liaise with specialists to support health and wellbeing.
  • Facilitate participation in community activities.
  • Implement the REACH standards in everyday practice.
  • Follow company policies and procedures.
