Priory Care Services is expanding into Bournemouth and we are looking for an experienced, motivated and confident CQC Registered Manager to lead our new branch.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who has a strong background in domiciliary care, understands CQC requirements and can build and develop a high-performing local care service.

The Role As Registered Manager, you will have overall responsibility for the quality, compliance and day-to-day management of the Bournemouth branch.

You will lead the care team, ensure excellent standards of person-centred care and develop strong relationships with clients, families, commissioners and healthcare professionals.

You will be responsible for ensuring the service remains fully compliant with CQC regulations, safeguarding requirements, medication procedures, quality assurance and relevant legislation.

Who

  • Has previous experience as a CQC Registered Manager in domiciliary/home care.
  • Has a strong understanding of CQC regulations and the five key questions.
  • Has experience working with Bournemouth, Christchurch and Poole Council (BCP Council) or within the Bournemouth adult social care sector.
  • Understands local authority commissioning and referral processes.
  • Has strong leadership and people-management skills.
  • Is confident managing audits, safeguarding, complaints, incidents and care quality.
  • Can recruit, develop and motivate a high-performing care team.
  • Has experience preparing for and managing CQC inspections.
  • Is commercially aware and able to support the growth of a new branch.
  • Holds or is working towards a Level 5 qualification in Leadership and Management for Adult Care. What We Offer
