In the summer of 2024, we explored the relationship between Team Manager Sarah and young adult Rowan, aged 25 at the time of filming. Sarah had known young adult Rowan for close to ten years, supporting him in his move to Prior's Court in 2015.
Rowan's mum Sharon explains what an incredible difference Sarah has made to her son's life, the deep trust she has in Sarah, and how important it is for her to know someone as dedicated and knowledgeable as Sarah is caring for Rowan. Meanwhile, Sarah explains how Rowan has grown from her first meeting with him at his then school, where he was supported by two staff members, to now being a "lovely young man".
