Prior's Court is looking for a School Improvement Partner to join our team near Newbury.

Please note: This role is based fully onsite at our location near Newbury.

Due to our location, you must be able to drive and have access to your own vehicle.

The role of School Improvement Partner at Prior's Court This consultancy role offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on outcomes for autistic young people with complex needs, supporting the school's continued journey of excellence.

As our SIP, you will act as a trusted critical friend, evaluating school effectiveness, supporting strategic planning, reviewing the quality of education and helping ensure inspection readiness.

You will bring current expertise in SEND, autism education, school improvement and Ofsted frameworks, helping leaders drive continuous improvement across the organisation.

What we are looking for: A proven track record of leading successful school improvement Significant senior leadership experience within education Extensive knowledge of SEND and specialist education settings Strong understanding of autism and complex learning needs Experience supporting schools through Ofsted and regulatory inspections Excellent analytical, report-writing and stakeholder engagement skills What we offer: Contract type: Part-time consultancy arrangement (typically 3-6 days per academic year, subject to agreement) Annual leave as per school holidays 24-hour Employee Assistance Programme Flexible Benefits and Discount Platform Refer-a-friend scheme Free flu vaccinations Cycle to Work scheme All positions at Prior's Court are subject to a satisfactory Enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service check, references and receipt of the appropriate Right to Work documents.
