Please note: This role is based fully onsite at our location near Newbury. Due to our location, you must be able to drive and have access to your own vehicle.

Key information:

  • Salary: £23,000 - £26,000 p/a
  • Hours: 37.5 hours per week, 52 weeks per year
  • Dates: The closing date for this role is Friday 7th August. On-site interviews will take place on 19th & 20th of August. We reserve the right to close the advert sooner if we receive a high number of applications.

The role of Apprentice Purchasing Assistant

We are looking for a Purchasing Assistant who will provide administrative and operational support to the purchasing function, ensuring the efficient processing of purchase orders and accurate maintenance of purchasing records.

Prior's Court will support you in gaining a Level 3 Diploma in Procurement and Supply Assistant.

Essential requirements:

  • Good administrative and organisational skills with an ability to complete a variety of tasks
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Computer literacy including MS packages
  • Strong communication skills
  • The ability to work to tight deadlines
  • Knowledge or experience of charity sector (desirable)
  • Experience of Sage Intacct software (desirable)
  • An understanding of autism (desirable)
