Overview
We’re looking for people with and without experience in care to join our dedicated support teams to help the autistic young people with complex needs we support to thrive.
Responsibilities
- Are you an inspiring leader passionate about making a difference in the lives of autistic young people with complex needs? We’re looking for a Team Manager to guide our dedicated team of Autism Practitioners and ensure that best practices are followed, leading to the best possible outcomes for those we support.
- Lead and support Autism Practitioners; contribute to a high-quality learning and care environment; ensure safeguarding and alignment with autism best practice.
- Support weekend shifts to work with autistic young people with complex needs and support sleep and independence goals (night teams).
- Oversee transport support to ensure staff can travel to the rural site (minibus service).
Qualifications
- Experience in care or willingness to work in care environment; leadership skills; passion for transforming lives.
- Ability to work with autistic young people with complex needs and collaborate with staff and families.
