PriorityDial is the SaaS arm of Outbound Partners, a UK based outsourced SDR agency that runs new business for enterprise tech companies across EMEA and the US. We built PriorityDial to fix our own biggest problem. Reps were burning half their day on numbers that never connect. The product scores and verifies contact data, then ranks every contact P1 to P3 on how likely it is to answer. Reps work the live lines first and stop wasting dials on dead ones. Same list, more conversations. We're growing fast. We're backed by a profitable agency that runs the product every day, so the feedback loop between product and real outbound is immediate. You join early, with the room to build.

The role

You build and lead the sales function. You own new business, write the playbook and hire the team that scales it. Founder led sales has got us here. You make it repeatable and then make it bigger.

What you'll own

  • New business revenue and the number
  • The full sales playbook, from first touch to close
  • Hiring, ramping and managing the rep team
  • Forecasting, pipeline discipline and accurate reporting
  • Pricing and packaging input alongside the CEO
  • The feedback loop into product and marketing
  • Sales tooling and process

First 90 days

  • Take ownership of live pipeline and current deals
  • Tighten the playbook and qualification
  • Set the metrics and the reporting rhythm
  • Build the hiring plan for the first reps

What you'll bring

  • Led B2B SaaS sales and carried a number
  • Built or scaled a sales function, not just managed one
  • Strong on outbound and short to mid sales cycles
  • Hands on closer who can also coach and hire
  • Nice to have: Sold sales intelligence, data or RevOps tooling
  • Early stage experience where you built the process from scratch

On offer
