About PriorityDial
PriorityDial is the SaaS arm of Outbound Partners, a UK based outsourced SDR agency that runs new business for enterprise tech companies across EMEA and the US. We built PriorityDial to fix our own biggest problem. Reps were burning half their day on numbers that never connect. The product scores and verifies contact data, then ranks every contact P1 to P3 on how likely it is to answer. Reps work the live lines first and stop wasting dials on dead ones. Same list, more conversations. We're growing fast. We're backed by a profitable agency that runs the product every day, so the feedback loop between product and real outbound is immediate. You join early, with the room to build.
The role
You own marketing end to end. Positioning, demand gen, content and brand. You turn a strong product into a category people search for. This is hands on. You build the engine first, then the team around it.
What you'll own
- Positioning and messaging for the product and the category
- Demand gen across paid, organic, email and partnerships
- Content that earns inbound from outbound leaders, sales leaders and RevOps
- Pipeline contribution, measured and reported alongside sales
- Brand and the PriorityDial voice as we scale
- Launch and lifecycle for new product features
- The marketing stack and the numbers behind it
First 90 days
- Lock the positioning and the core messaging
- Stand up a repeatable demand gen motion
- Ship the first content engine
- Baseline the funnel so every spend is measured from day one
What you'll bring
- Led marketing in a B2B SaaS business, ideally early or growth stage
- Built demand gen that produced pipeline, not just impressions
- Comfortable owning a number and reporting on it to the board
- Hands on operator who can also hire and lead a team
Nice to have
- Sales tech, sales intelligence or outbound tooling background
- Worked closely with a founder led sales motion
On offer
- Build the marketing function from the ground up
- Backed by a profitable parent business, not burning runway to find product market fit
- Competitive salary and incentive structure
- Reports to CEO
