Role Summary:
Provide one‑to‑one support to a male client with an acquired brain injury in his own home, maintaining routine, safety and engagement during his family’s absence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Companionship and structured support
- Assistance with daily routines and activities
- Encourage independence and engagement
- Follow care plans and therapy guidance closely
- Support community‑based activities (e.g., gym, volunteering, outings)
- Build a positive and trusting relationship with the client
- Ensure consistency and stability during family absence
Required Qualifications & Experience:
- Previous experience supporting individuals with brain injury (preferred)
- Background in complex care or community support
- Proactive, patient, and engaging personality

- Confident following structured care and therapy plans
- Full UK driving licence and access to own vehicle (preferred)
