Job Type: Part time (16 - 20 hours per week - days and evenings)
Essentials: Drivers required and complex care experience (PEG feeding)

About the Role:
As a Complex Care Support Worker, you will provide essential care to our client with complex physical and mental health conditions, helping them to live as independently as possible.

Client and Role:
- Our client is a 17 year old male who lives with cerebral palsy and uses a wheelchair for mobility
- The client requires 2:1 support for all aspects of personal and domestic care, as well as support within the community and manual handling
Successful Applicant:
- Must drive and hold a Full UK license
- Must have experience with complex care (brain injuries , cerebral palsy)
- Excellent verbal communication skills
