We're recruiting on behalf of a well-known & loved brand who also retail official sportswear, clothing, accessories and fan merchandise.
Supporting one of Manchester's most recognisable sporting brands, you'll help ensure stock reaches retail stores across the city, including the Trafford Centre, Manchester Arndale and another central Manchester location.
Based at the client's warehouse in Audenshaw, Manchester, this varied role combines warehouse duties with driving a 3.5T high-sided Luton van, making it ideal for someone who enjoys a hands-on role with plenty of variety.
The Role As a Warehouse Operative / Driver, your responsibilities will include:
Loading and unloading stock safely and efficiently.
Picking, packing and preparing orders for dispatch.
Receiving deliveries and organising stock within the warehouse.
General warehouse housekeeping and stock control.
Driving a 3.5T high-sided Luton van to complete scheduled store deliveries.
Carrying out daily vehicle checks and ensuring goods are delivered safely and on time.
Providing a professional and courteous service when delivering to stores.
Hours This is a zero-hours contract, with typically up to 30 hours available per week, depending on business requirements.
Hours will vary from week to week.
What We're Looking For To be considered, you'll need
A full UK driving licence.
To be 25 years of age or over (vehicle insurance requirement).
No driving licence penalty points.
To be comfortable with manual handling and physical warehouse work.
A reliable, flexible and positive approach to work.
The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
To successfully pass a DBS check.
