This is an amazing opportunity to support an individual with an acquired brain injury in a fully adapted house, supporting him to live a healthy active lifestyle as independently as possible. Client and Role: • Our client is in his 30s and requires support for personal care , medication administration and out and about in the community • Our client loves attending the gym ,swimming, watching films and listening to music Successful Applicant: • Must hold a UK driving license • Must have experience working with complex conditions (ABI,CP) • Excellent verbal communication skills • Must be physically fit to support client with swimming and the gym This is an incredible opportunity to make a real difference in another person’s life.
