This is an exciting opportunity to support an individual with cerebral palsy in a fully adapted house who is looking to have fun and be supported to live as independently as possible, this includes lots of community and social activities as part of her rehabilitation.

Client and Role: Our client is 16 years old living with cerebral palsy and is PEG fed for nutrition The client requires 1:1 and 2:1 support for personal care and mobility assistance. This role involves lots of active community work such as swimming,shopping and holiday home visits!
Successful Applicant: Must hold a UK driving license Must have experience working with complex conditions (ABI,CP) Must have experience PEG feeding with service users or be PEG trained Excellent verbal communication skills
