About the Opportunity

We are currently recruiting on behalf of our client for experienced Enforcement Agents to cover Salisbury and the surrounding areas. We are seeking certified Enforcement Agents who are looking for either a permanent employed position or a self-employed opportunity with an established and highly regarded provider of High Court Enforcement services. The successful candidate will be responsible for executing High Court Writs, recovering outstanding judgment debts and managing enforcement activity across their designated area. We are particularly interested in experienced agents who can demonstrate a successful track record in judgment debt recovery, possess excellent communication and negotiation skills, and are confident working independently in a field-based environment.

About the Role

As a Certified Enforcement Agent, you will:

  • Receive instructions electronically and manage allocated cases effectively
  • Make attendances at debtors’ addresses across Salisbury and the surrounding area
  • Execute High Court Writs and recover outstanding judgment debts
  • Engage professionally with debtors to secure payment
  • Request payment in full where appropriate and negotiate suitable payment arrangements where required
  • Collect and securely process payments in line with relevant procedures
  • Submit detailed attendance reports electronically following visits
  • Complete all relevant paperwork accurately and within required timescales
  • Take control of goods and arrange for their removal where necessary
  • Manage the removal and handling of goods in accordance with relevant legislation and procedures
  • Deal professionally with telephone calls and communications from debtors
  • Maintain accurate records relating to enforcement activity and payments
  • Work independently while maintaining communication with the wider operational team
  • Carry out all duties in accordance with relevant legislation, regulations and industry standards
