Priority Recruitment is pleased to be recruiting compassionate and experienced Female Support Workers to support a young adult female within a well-established, person-centred care package in Amotherby, near Malton (North Yorkshire). You will be working in the client’s own adapted home, supporting her with daily living, personal care, and community engagement as part of a consistent and supportive team.

About the Client

The client is a 22-year-old female wheelchair user who requires 24/7 care and support. • Encouraging independence and confidence away from family support
  • Supporting social activities, outings, and trips
  • Driving the client using a WAV automatic vehicle
  • Liaising with the Team Leader and wider care team
  • Maintaining accurate records and following safeguarding procedures

Shift Pattern

  • Mixture of 12-hour shifts and 24-hour shifts with overnight sleep-ins
  • Shifts are fixed, with some flexibility discussed around activities
  • Weekends only 12hr

Salary and Benefits
