Priority Healthcare are currently recruiting for a skilled Complex Care Support Worker for a rewarding role based in the Shoreham-by-Sea area. This is an amazing opportunity to support an individual with an acquired brain injury in a fully adapted house, supporting him to live a healthy active lifestyle as independently as possible.

Our client is in his 30s living with complex conditions and requires support for personal care, medication administration and out and about in the community. Our client loves attending the gym, swimming, watching films and listening to music.
Must hold a UK driving license. Must be physically fit to support client with swimming and the gym.
