Job Title: Support Worker
Location: Rayleigh, Essex
Pay rate: Β£16.81 PAYE
Job Type: Full time 36 hours per week (days , waking nights, sleeps 7:30am-19:30pm and 19:30pm-7:30am)
Must: Drive (UK licence - manual or automatic)

Company and Role
- Supporting our client in his own home on a 2:1 basis
- Full support required including all personal care, manual handling, physiotherapy, community access , non-verbal communication
- Our client enjoys his routine and would lie someone reassuring , calm and chatty to support him
Successful Applicant
- Previous experience working with adults with complex conditions or behavioural difficulties including Level 2 transcribing and complex bowel and catheter care
- Excellent communication skills including non-verbal communication
- Must hold a UK driving licence and have access to your own vehicle with business insurance

Our advertised PAYE rate includes 12.07% holiday pay. You have full flexibility over how this is paid:
