Location: Preston & Lancashire
Salary: £25,000 rising to £28,500 basic on completion of training + uncapped commission
Working hours: 40 hours per week, Flexible working arrangements between the hours of 6:00am and 9:00pm Monday to Saturday, working at least one late night per week.

About the Role
As an Enforcement Agent, you will:
- Visit properties within your local area to enforce Warrants and Liability Orders
- Assess financial situations and agree on affordable repayment plans
- Oversee payments received for cases allocated to you: handling cash payments, managing receipts and other required documentation.
- Identify and support vulnerable individuals by signposting relevant services
- Maintain professionalism and comply with all legal requirements
- Strive for continuous improvement and report to management about ways we can improve our offering or our operational efficiencies.
