Company and Role:
You will be supporting a 29-year-old female in her own home 1:1 with an acquired brain injury, she requires support at home and 2:1 accessing the community. The role involves personal care, mobility assistance, support making decisions and our client enjoys shopping, social media and spontaneous activities.
Requirements:
- Confident in moving and handling including wheelchair transfers
- Experience supporting individuals with complex care needs
- Full UK or automatic driving licence with access to a vehicle
- Excellent communication
